01
Overview
Common Ground is a creative agency moving into a former warehouse floor. The team needed a space that could support quiet work, client meetings, and regular studio events.
02
Design Approach
We zoned the floor with planting, timber screens, and soft furnishings rather than solid walls. A central kitchen table became the social heart of the studio.
01 — A brighter connection between living and dining.
02 — Natural oak and soft mineral finishes bring warmth.
03 — A quieter palette gives the architecture room to breathe.
04 — Carefully considered storage keeps daily life uncluttered.
